Helm Cards provides physical boating reference products and related services. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, resellers, and wholesale partners.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products & Presale Orders
Helm Cards products may be offered as presale items. When you place a presale order:

Shipping dates may change due to production, supply chain, or fulfillment factors
By placing a presale order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
3. Pricing

Standard retail price: $39.95 per deck

Presale pricing: Limited-time promotional pricing, subject to change without notice

Reseller & wholesale pricing: Available only to approved members or partners
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refund orders if necessary.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and its approved partners.
Helm Cards does not store full credit card details.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
5. Reseller & Wholesale Programs
Participation in reseller or wholesale programs is subject to approval.

Access to reseller or wholesale pricing may require account login

Benefits may change, pause, or be revoked if program terms are violated
Reseller and wholesale participants may not misrepresent Helm Cards, alter branding, or sell below approved minimum pricing.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders will be fulfilled once production is complete

Helm Cards is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Presale items and custom or bulk orders may be subject to different return policies.
Unless otherwise stated:

All sales are final once production has begun

Refunds may be issued at Helm Cards’ discretion prior to fulfillment

Damaged or defective items must be reported within a reasonable timeframe

All content, designs, text, images, logos, and products are the intellectual property of Helm Cards.

We are not responsible for boating decisions, outcomes, or incidents resulting from the use of our products. Users remain fully responsible for safe boating practices, compliance with laws, and situational judgment.
