Presale Orders

Many Helm Cards products are offered as presale items.

  • Payment is collected at checkout

  • Presale items are not shipped immediately

  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the website and may change due to production or fulfillment factors

All presale sales are final once production has begun.

Refunds for presale orders may be considered only at Helm Cards’ discretion and only prior to production or fulfillment.

Standard Returns

Because Helm Cards are physical, custom-produced reference products:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • We do not accept returns for normal wear or use

  • We do not accept returns on discounted, reseller, wholesale, or bulk orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

If approved, Helm Cards may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Reseller, Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Reseller, wholesale, and bulk purchases are subject to separate terms and may not be eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of confirmed defects or fulfillment errors.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
